Odysseo – The Best Show Ever!

After its huge success in 2012, Odysseo is back in Toronto. The show is currently playing under the White Big Top at Toronto’s Port Lands, until May 10.

Odysseo celebrates the beauty and harmony of man and horse’s age-old relationship. As friends, partners, and inseparable performers on stage, 70 horses and 45 artists lead audiences on a journey through a world of dreams.

Did You Know...

Odysseo is the largest touring production in the world. The surface covered by the White Big Top is as big as 12 Raptors basketball courts.

There is a real 18 ton merry-go-round, a forest, a 3 storey hill, and a 300,000 litre lake on stage.

365 costumes and 100 pairs of shoes are used throughout the show and artists may only have up to 30 seconds for a costume change between numbers.

Odysseo’s artists come from 12 different countries.

There is only 1 Torontonian in the show, rider Amanda Orlowski.

Odysseo features 70 horses from 14 different breeds.

18,000 bales of hay, 37,400 pounds of grain, and 1,800 pounds of carrots are consumed annually by the Odysseo four legged-stars.
