Albion Hills Moonlight Snowshoe Event

Date/Time

Feb 10, 2017
6:00 PM until 9:00 PM

Description

Come and discover the magic of winter at night during the full moon! TRCA will lead an interpretive moonlit hike about adaptations of wildlife that are waking up just as we get ready for bed. Bring your snowshoes and experience the forest like you have never seen it before during your 2.5km hike! See the natural features and potentially even wildlife that are only active during the night with just the glow of the moon!

After your hike come and warm up in the Chalet or by the fire with hot chocolate and marshmallows for roasting.  If the weather is overcast ensure you bring your headlamps.

Do you not have your own snowshoes? No need to worry we have rentals available for $10 per person for the full 3 hours. They are first come first served.
