The Grange Festival is a summer highlight for families, kids of all ages, and seniors living in the downtown core.

Hosted by University Settlement, the Festival will be held on Friday, August 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Grange Park, behind the AGO and beside OCADU.

Last year, more than 3,000 people attended. This FREE outdoor fair features a first rate line-up of family entertainment and a range of fun-filled activities. It’s a great day for everyone in the community.

Entertainers include:

Ginalina: Well-known family singer/songwriter and two-time JUNO and Canadian Folk Music Awards
nominee from British Columbia. Ginalina, who grew up in the Grange Park neighbourhood and learned
to ride her bike in the park, is thrilled to take part in the Festival.

Bex in Motion: An extraordinary acrobatic hula hooper who knows how the engage a crowd.

Edward the Juggler: A former member of Cirque de Soleil, Edward takes juggling to a new level.
David Ito Fire Show: Fire eater, fire breather, fire spinner, David mesmerizes audiences.

Reptilia Demonstration and Petting Zoo: Truly an unforgettable experience.

Ontario Falconry Centre Birds of Prey: It’s not every day you get to see a bird of prey up close.

Tai Chi Demonstration: An amazing display by the members of the University Settlement Seniors
Program.

Kids love art making with AGO staff, face painting and a range of games for all ages. Free hot dogs, roasted corn on the cob, cotton candy and snow cones round out day.
