Winter, snow, and ice may not be your idea of fun, but when you add the word 'carnival', that may just change your mind! January and February bring you many free family winter festivals with ice-cold entertainment like ice-sculpting, skating, and wagon rides, and warming events such as hot chocolate, pancake breakfasts and campfires. Best of all, most of these events are Free!

February 3 to 5, 2017
The Richmond Hill Winter Carnival is a weekend of affordable fun and entertainment organized by volunteers to celebrate the community of Richmond Hill in a welcoming atmosphere.
