Santa Train at York-Durham Heritage Railway
November 25, 2017 to December 17, 2017
We have received news from the North Pole that Santa will be joining our train rides. Each child will have a chance to meet Santa while enjoying on-board entertainment. Ride on our decorated train and enjoy on-board entertainment. The best part is Santa, who will visit each child at their seat. This is a great photo opportunity! Each child will also receive a gift bag upon departing the train. More info


Flight of White at the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory
December 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018
This truly unique holiday exhibit transforms the tropical butterfly conservatory into a magical oasis featuring 1000's of additional Rice Paper butterflies flying freely through the Conservatory. With a wingspan of up to 14cm, the Rice Paper Butterfly, a large white relative of the Monarch, is impossible to miss as it floats through the air moving gently from flower to flower. The Flight of White experience also includes lush white poinsettia flowers, 1000's of sparking white lights, and soft strains of classical music playing in the background. More info


Fancy Nancy Splendiferous​ Christmas

What could be fancier than Christmas? Presents with elegant wrapping paper, festive decorations, Christmas cookies with sprinkles - and who could forget the tree? After all, there is no such thing as too much tinsel. Ooh la la! This year, Nancy is especially excited. After selling some of her old gowns and accessories, Nancy has enough money to buy a brand-new sparkly tree topper. She can't wait to decorate the Christmas tree. Annie The Musical

Leapin’ Lizards! The world’s best-loved musical comes to Toronto this Christmas! Annie is a fiery young orphan girl who must live in a miserable orphanage run by the tyrannical Miss Hannigan. Her seemingly hopeless situation changes dramatically when she is selected to spend a short time at the residence of the wealthy industrialist, Oliver Warbucks. Hot Cocoa & Gingerbread House fun with Mrs. Claus at Petite and Posh
December 9 to December 24, 2017
Join us for Hot Cocoa & Gingerbread House fun with Mrs. Claus at Petite and Posh on December 9th, 16th, 23rd & 24th sessions at 9:30am. The session includes interactive session with Mrs. Claus complete with snow dusted dusted belgian waffles & warm cocoa. The Snowman at TSO

Toronto's largest independently-run, juried craft show that runs in December featuring craft-based installations, free workshops, and craft-related programming in local businesses and galleries, attracting approximately 5,000 attendees. City of Craft takes place on the second weekend of December. There is a nominal admission fee.
