Electric Moon Theatre Company kicks off its inaugural season with the holiday family musical: FANCY NANCY SPLENDIFEROUS CHRISTMAS! Based on the best-selling picture book written by Jane O’Connor and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser, this show is sure to make your holiday season sparkle! Recommended for children ages 2 and up.

What’s fancier and more splendiferous than Christmas? Elegantly wrapped gifts. Dazzling decorations. Cookies with sprinkles. And don’t forget the tree! You can never have too much tinsel. Ooo la la! This year, Nancy is especially excited as she’s saved up to buy a new, super-sparkly, tree topper! Suddenly, however, the unexpected takes the fancy out of Nancy’s plans. What now? Will Christmas still be splendiferous? This larger-than-life family musical will be your holiday season’s brightest light. Discover the true meaning of Christmas and Fancy. Electric Moon Theatre Company was founded in March 2017 by Carrie Libling, formerly the Education Coordinator at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts and the producer of the first Canadian production of Pinkalicious the Musical. Electric Moon Theatre Company brings high quality arts programming to York Region and beyond through shows for families, lunch-time and afterschool theatre classes, and in-class guest artist workshops.
