PrintPhoto Contest Rules
Photo Contest is an exciting contest held by Toronto4Kids for our online visitors.
Look for Photo Contest themes that will be posted on our website, in our e-newsletter, and shared through our social media channels.
There are two methods of entry. Entrants can either upload and caption their own photos by visiting the Toronto4Kids website and finding the gallery for the current Photo Contest. Alternatively, entries may be e-mailed to info@toronto4kids.com. Please note: entries e-mailed to info@toronto4kids.com will NOT be captioned.
Each entrant may enter only one(1) photo per child. You may enter additional photos of additional children but no more than one photo per child will be accepted. The Winner will be posted on our website (www.toronto4kids.com) on our Contest Page.
By submitting a photo to Toronto4Kids, you retain ownership and copyright. You are granting Toronto4Kids the permission to post the photo on our website. The winner will be promoted through social media channels that may include Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Professional photos may be watermarked, but by submitting the photo to Toronto4Kids, you are claiming ownership and that you have permission to share the photo. Copyright infrigement of professional photographers work will not be tolerated. Once photos have been submitted, they cannot be removed except in the instance of a copyright claim. No photo will be used for any additional method without direct contact.
The contest is open to all residents of Ontario.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to all residents of Ontario who have attained the age of 19, except for employees, immediate families, and anyone living with any employee of www.toronto4kids.com, its corporate affiliates or, if applicable, any co-sponsor as described on the contest page of www.toronto4kids.com, their advertising or promotional agencies or affiliates.
How to Enter:
Photos are to be submitted via our Photo Contest Form or you can email your photos to info@toronto4kids.com. Only one(1) photo per child is allowed. By submitting a photo to Toronto4Kids, you retain ownership and copyright. How to Win:
Editors Choice: All photos submitted within the timeframe and meeting the acceptable guidelines will be reviewed by the members of the Toronto4Kids editorial team and ONE(1) winner will be selected for the GRAND PRIZE, unless otherwise stated by each individual contest.
Privacy Policy:
By entering this contest, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the mailing list for the Toronto4Kids e-newsletter. We respect your privacy. All of your information is kept confidential. We do not sell or in any other way distribute the personal information that you provide to us on our website or through our sweepstakes. You may unsubscribe at any time, however you must be a member of our mailing list to participate in contests and claim prizes.
Other Rules:
Winner needs to respond within 5 days of first contact, or forfeit their prize.
Contest subject to all provincial laws and regulations.
By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Toronto4Kids and any prize donors from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Toronto4Kids by email.
You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses, or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Toronto4Kids reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify, or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. Toronto4Kids also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the sweepstakes or the web site.
