Paint a Mini-Clog Sundays at Bata Shoe Museum
Parents, the next time you hear "There’s nothing to do!" bring your children aged 3 to 9 over to the Museum to paint a mini-clog, try on shoes, and explore the galleries! Every Sunday, 1-4pm; drop in. COST: Regular Museum admission plus $1 per mini-clog: $12 adult; $10 senior; $6 students; $4 children (5 - 17 years); Children under 5 are free; Family passes are also available. Weekends starting Oct.10 to Nov. 1, 2008. Come out and enjoy our Night terrors event, which includes three haunting attractions. Hayride of Horror: Our 30 minute hayride through our many scenes is scary enough, but watch out for our ghosts and goblins the will definitely come after you. You might feel safe after a while on the wagon, but just when you do you must get off and walk through the forest and corn maze where creatures are right beside you. Do you dare? Barn of Fear: Our famous barn is over a hundred years old, and filled with spooky noises and most likely ghosts from the past, you better watch out they wait all year for new people to scare. Ghostly Corn maze: We hope your not afraid of scarecrows, our corn maze has been know to fill up with them at night, donʼt worry they only want to make you scream, and they will.

Rising Chefs will be offering day camps during all PA days for Toronto (T) (TC) and Durham (D)(DC) school boards! These dates include; Sept. 26th, 2008,(T,TC,DC), October 24th, 2008,(T,TC), November 14th, 2008 (D,DC), December 5th 2008, (T,TC), February 13th, 2009 (T,TC), Oct. 3rd (TC), Oct. 10th (TC), Feb. 27th (DC), Mar. 13th (TC), April 3rd (T), Apr. 24th (DC), and June 5th (DD), will be added if 8 or more students register for that date. Every date will feature different delicious recipes that are lunch box friendly and are safe for schools! Campers will go home with great new ideas for lunches and dinners that families will love and great new nut free snack ideas that are great for school or anytime! In addition, before and after care is included! Before care: 8-9AM.
