Not in the Doghouse provides in-home family dog obedience training where the problems occur, in your home, that way they can be dealt with as they happen. Boarding and training in my home (not in the doghouse) also available for busy people who just don't have the time but want a well behaved house pet.

BOARD AND TRAIN

This service is where I take your dog into my home for up to one month. Your dog lives in my house with my 2 dogs and cat, Not In The Doghouse! When your dog returns home to you, it will be crate trained and obedience trained to sit, down, stay and heel on a leash without pulling as well as have some new and improved house manners.

Included in this service are 3 or 4 in home classes following your dog returning home. The first class is upon the day of his/her return to your house.

IN HOME TRAINING

Over 6 lessons, your dog will learn to sit, stay, down and heel on a leash. As well we will have him focusing on you. You will learn a few of the biggest keys to training your dog. I will also be able to spend time with you and your family on the problems you are having with crate training, puppy proofing, jumping up and general dog care.

This service is offered in your home at your convenience. We start off inside your home where the dog has little or no distraction so he can really learn. Then we take him outside where there is more distraction and everything can come together. This is called the proofing stage.
