Kortright features 16 kms of hiking trails through the beautiful Humber River valley to experience the peacefulness of nature; boardwalks by the marsh with a look out tower - bring your binoculars to spot the birds on Goose Island; elevated board walk over the forest floor (is there a troll living under the bridge?). This breathtaking piece of property is conveniently located just north of Toronto in the city of Woodbridge.

Activities
Discover the Kortright Centre's beautiful trails all season long, great for hiking, cross-country skiing. Kortright Centre also offers Picnic Sites and much more. During March Break, Kortright is home to the annual Sugarbush Festival.

Birthday Parties at Kortright
Connect nature to your next birthday party. Bugs, bees, history, birds... or a little bit of everything! Your favourite part of nature may be explored by choosing one of our many Nature birthday party themes. All parties are led by a Kortright Centre nature guide, and include a themed hike through the forest and nature games. Each party has an outdoor component. For your comfort, we suggest you dress for the weather on the day of your visit. Our themed parties are designed for children from 7 to 12 years of age (some are also suitable for children 6 years old). To ensure everyone has an enjoyable time on their special day, we do require the birthday child to be at least six years old.

Summer and March Break Camps
Kortright Centre for Conservation offers unique and exciting March Break and Summer Day camps. A Nature Day Camp where Kids will explore and discover nature through educational games, crafts and activities in the great outdoors. And an Adventure Day Camp where everyday is a new adventure for kids who love being active in the great outdoors.

Cross Country Ski
Cross country ski the natural way on 16 kilometres of non-groomed trails. Enjoy a snack and hot drink at our café, a great place to take a break and warm up. Skiing is dependant on weather conditions so call ahead for an update at 905-832-2289. Ski rentals are not available on-site.
