We specializes in the Kindermusik (newborn to 7) and Suzuki Piano (age 4 & up). Kids call it fun. We call it learning.

PROGRAMS

Village
Age Range - newborn to 18 months.
Semester - 8 units, each 8 weeks
Class Length - 45 minutes
Focus: Nurture the bond between parent and child.
Curriculum Content: Village engages all of your baby's senses through a unique blend of multi-level activities which include creative movement, vocal play, object and instrument exploration, and reading literature books, which aid the baby's visual tracking and language development.

Our Time
Age Range - 18 months to 3½ years
Semester - 4 units, each 18 weeks
Class Length - 40 minutes
Focus: Building the child's self-esteem
Curriculum Content: Our Time encourages your child to uncover an engaging musical world while building confidence, self control, and communication skills. Singing, imitating sounds, rhyming and object identification fosters language skills. Creative movement to various "moods" develops a sense of balance, timing and spatial awareness. Listening and turn-taking encourages blossoming social skills.

Imagine That
Age Range - 3½ to 5 years
Semester - 4 units, each 18 weeks
Class Length - 45 minutes
Focus: Imagination is the child's greatest learning tool.
Curriculum Content: Imagine That! takes you and your child on a musical journey of discovery and exploration... a journey only limited by the power of imagination. Pretend play activities are integrated with vocal development, storytelling, movement and literature to capture your child's potential to learn and to encourage cognitive and literacy skills, creativity and individuality.

Young Child
Age Range - 5 to 7 years
Semester - 4 sequential units, each 18 weeks
A full-year curriculum.
Class Length - 60 minutes
Focus: Critical vocal development skills are built.
Curriculum Content: Young Child provides a pressure-free, developmentally appropriate transition to musical competence before taking more formal instructions. Kindermusik provides the opportunity to explore voice development, rhythm, notation, musical symbols and authentic pre-keyboard, string and woodwind instruments. Young Child helps every child develop a confident voice for singing and speaking as well as essential building blocks for a future of learning. As the capstone to the child's Kindermusik journey, Young Child broadens and deepens the child's introduction to the fulfillment and excitement of musicianship.

Suzuki Piano
Age Range: 4 years and up
The Suzuki approach differs from traditional methods of teaching instrumental music. More than forty years ago, Shinichi Suzuki realized the implications of the fact that children the world over learn to speak their native language with ease. He began to apply the basic principles of language acquisition to the learning of music, and called his method the “mother-tongue approach”. The ideas of parent responsibility, loving encouragement and constant repetition are some of the special features of the Suzuki approach.

SEASONAL CAMPS

March Break and Summer camps

Age Range: 3.5 to 7 years

We offers a variety of innovative musical camps during summer break in half-day programs for children 3.5 to 7 years old. Children will be able to explore interactive music, dance, drama and craft projects with a theme-based approach.

88 Keys Birthday Party provides a completely interactive, totally FUN experience for children and adults? And it takes much of the planning and entertaining load off of you! Invite us to your child’s next birthday party and EVERYONE – adults and children alike – will enjoy a delightful time of musical celebration TOGETHER! We’ll get your party kicked off with 45-minutes of musical fun and entertainment.

Instrument exploration, instrument play-along, creative movement, story time, and circle dances are all among the many wonderful activities that we will lead at your child’s party.
