With over 20 daily activities, Kandalore provides great variety for a busy day at camp. The first priority of all our activities is to provide children with a safe learning environment. Our Staff is trained to encourage campers to attempt new things and to even push themselves; they are also trained to recognize when a child just needs to have fun with a skill as opposed to getting to the next level. Our staff is taught to praise the effort rather than the end result.

While Kandalore offers a terrific program, it is not the specific activities that is our focus; the activities simply provide a means to an even more important end: making your children feel good about themselves. For some children this may mean getting up on skis for the first time, for others this feeling of accomplishment may come from having a piece of artwork displayed in our display case.

Camp Activities include: Canoeing, Swimming, Canoe Tripping, Sailing & Windsurfing, Waterskiing & Wakeboarding, Rock Climbing, Leader in Training, Kayaking, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Snorkeling, Logrolling, Music, Leather, and Wood Working, Frisbee Golf, Basketball and lots more!

Kandalore has been around for over 50 years! We are located about 2 hours from Toronto on a small lake called Kabakwa near the town of Minden.
