Canadian Adventure Camp is a full service children's summer camp ground located on beautiful 160-acre Adventure Island in Temagami, Ontario! We feature a full program of 35 great camp activities, including 3 specialty programs, with campers and staff from around the world! Canadian Adventure Camp is the summer home to 130 boys and girls, aged 5½ through 17 years. Canadian Adventure Camp is fully accredited by the Canadian Camping Association and the Ontario Camping Association.

Camp overview: Founded in 1975, this modern camp is nestled into the natural surroundings of 160 acre Adventure Island. Our goal is to help young people grow into responsible, well-rounded citizens by expanding their skills and knowledge within the fun and friendship of a warm camp atmosphere. We feature an exciting choice of programs in General Camping, Gymnastics, Trampoline, Water Skiing and Leadership Training. Children attend Canadian Adventure Camp from across Canada, the U.S.A. and around the world. Campers live in small cabin groups formed mainly by age, rather than program choice, with a fully-trained counsellor living in each cabin. Our campers receive excellent exposure to a broad range of interests and skills at all levels of ability under the direction of a mature, capable and safety-conscious staff.

Our modern, top quality facilities include numerous activity areas, large equipment inventories, well-designed buildings and even a genuine European sauna large enough for a whole cabin group to enjoy! Two Giant Water slides, a very special double-face climbing wall and a safe sandy beach in our main swimming area are just a small part of our beautiful island location.

Transportation: Reaching C.A.C. is easy! The best way to go to camp is on the camp buses from Toronto. For campers from far away, we operate a full airport meeting service at Toronto International (Pearson) Airport including fully-supervised overnights at either end of a camper's stay as needed. Our camp buses are washroom and video-equipped and operate from Toronto directly to our access dock in Temagami (with pick-ups along the way in Barrie, Orillia and Gravenhurst). Some campers will find it more convenient to drive to our dock in Temagami. All campers travel from the access dock to Adventure Island by Canadian Adventure Camp water-taxis.
