At Fraser Lake Camp, our programs are developmental in nature. We want each camper to learn something new and test their limits while at camp. Each camper upon arriving at Fraser Lake Camp will be shown all the activities to choose from and then select 3 of their favourites to focus on for the session.

There are a lot of activities for your camper to choose from. The favourite programs from this past summer were kayaking, the 40-foot climbing tower, swimming, and arts and crafts. However, many other campers loved the biking, canoeing, drama, music (guitars and drums), outdoor survival, low ropes course, 13-foot jumping tower, and sports programs. Our well-trained and caring camp staff are also involved in each program teaching and assisting the campers in attaining their goals for the session. When added with the campfires, camp wide games, cabin activities and meal times, your camper will hardly have the chance to say there is nothing to do!

Leadership Development: Fraser Lake Camp offers two specialized leadership development programs for older campers. The Leaders In Training (L.I.T.) program is for 15 year olds and is centered around an outtrip to Algonquin Park. The Counselor In Training (C.I.T.) program is designed for those senior campers who have an interest in returning to camp in a staff capacity. Campers are led through a series of leadership, team building and staff training sessions, and are then allowed to get practical with their new skills by joining a cabin in a junior counselor capactiy.

How to get there: Our camp site is located in Bancroft, Ontario (Canada) ... just a three-hour drive from either Toronto or Ottawa and half an hour from Algonquin Park. Campers can be dropped off at the camp or take the bus from our Toronto office.
