The Art Gallery of Ontario is one of the largest art museums in North America, with a physical facility of 486,000 square feet. Once renovations will be completed, the AGO’s new facility will boast 583,000 square feet, and will re-open in 2008 with an innovative architectural design by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry. The Art Gallery of Ontario is the tenth largest art museum in North America. Its collection comprises more than 36,000 works representing 1,000 years of extraordinary European, Canadian, modern, Inuit, and contemporary art.

Admission is Free for children 12 & under. For all: FREE Fridays 4 pm–9 pm and the first Friday of every month.
