Wellness Wizards was founded by Holistic Nutritionist Irene Swedak in 2003 and with headquarters in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, we offer seminars, workshops and lunch & learn programs within a 100 km radius. Our consulting services and products are available to anyone with internet access, world-wide. We are a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Health Food Association.

At Wellness Wizards, Irene and other registered holistic nutritionists design menu-plans, perform computerized dietary analyses, and offer comprehensive nutritional counseling for both chronic and acute health conditions.

Our nutritionists believe that the root cause of many illnesses is due to improper digestion, absorption and/or assimilation of nutrients…it follows that our protocols focus on improving these processes.

Summer 2006, saw the launch of our first book, entitled: Feed Me…I'm Hungry!

Feed Me…I'm Hungry! is a self-published book featuring over 80 delectable recipes. Each recipe can be easily modified to suit different age groups, picky eaters, or special dietary requirements. Every selection features wonderful ingredients drawn from culturally diverse menus and inviting photographs. The book is now available for purchase from our website.
