Welcome to Rising Chefs® Where everyone can cook!
At Rising Chefs we are committed to introducing children and adults to the wonderful world of food and cooking in a safe and delicious way.
Our goal with each student is to encourage them to explore and expand their food choices while leaving them feeling great about themselves and what they have achieved.
We have a "no nuts" policy, and thus do not use nuts in the creation of any of our recipes, nor do we allow outside food or drinks of any kind to be consumed on the premises. We believe that Rising Chefs is a place where everyone can cook! Come and join us!
CLASSES
We offer classes for Children ages 3-5, 5-7, 8-11, 12 and up, as well as Adult classes. Other programs offered are: “Thyme” for Me - a cooking class for stay at home parents where you can bring your toddler along and "Family Dinner" where you can bring the whole family to get involved in making an entire dinner.
PARTIES
You bring the Rising Chefs, we'll do the rest....really!
Kids will look and feel like chefs as they whip up delicious delights in our action packed, hands on parties. Parties are carefully designed for each age group using appropriate utensils and tools to ensure a safe and fun time for everyone.
Parents can relax knowing that we have taken care of everything. From invitations and thank you cards to candles and loot bags, we do it all. Each child can even set up a gift "wish list" chosen from the extensive selection in our Chef's Shop. Guests can then purchase gifts from the wish list if they choose. We'll do the wrapping and have them ready at party time.

SUMMER CAMP 2008
Ages 6-12
Join the Rising Chefs World Tour! In our delicious action packed camps we're exploring dishes from a
different part of the world each week. Imagine souvlaki, paella, calzones, chocolate mousse, gnocchi,
fondue, sweet and sour chicken, blueberry crisp, pad thai, plantain fritters, apple pie and much much more!
Choose from: Sail the Mediterranean, Explore Europe, Asia and South Pacific Adventure or Conquer the Americas and Caribbean.
Ages 11+
Welcome to Boot Camp! Is your tween/teen a total foodie?? Have they ever wondered what a real chef does? Then this is the camp for them. Our Executive Chef has put together an amazing week of extreme cooking that will teach them a multitude of cooking methods and skills used by real chefs. Two different themes, two awesome camps!
FIELD TRIPS
Rising Chefs Culinary Centre welcome's schools, daycares, groups and organizations to attend fun and educational classes.
With childhood obesity and type II diabetes on the rise in children, teaching them healthy food choices has never been more important. In our fun and kid friendly kitchens we explore a variety of foods and discuss why and how each is important to their growing bodies. Learning can be tasty!
We aren't limited to classes on healthy food choices. We can create a theme to suit your needs. Through food we can explore a multitude of topics. Field trips can be customized based on individual group requirements. Please contact the culinary centre for details.
RISING CHEFS CLUB
Can’t come to us? Then we’ll come to you! This exciting new club is perfect for children nationwide!
Each month we’ll send our club members a wonderful goody box containing all the non-perishable ingredients needed to make the recipe of the month, a step-by-step, easy to follow recipe card, an educational and fun activity, and a real cooking tool to begin building your chef’s collection. It’s just like having your very own cooking class at home!
