Boyd Conservation Area, located in the City of Vaughan along the picturesque Humber River Valley is Vaughan's premier picnic destination. It offers wonderful activities and experiences. The steep-sided Humber River Valley and tall trees provide a quiet refuge where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Opened in 1957, Boyd Conservation Area is TRCA's most popular picnic destination, usually selling out a year in advance! 

Boyd is a beautiful facility that enjoys the reputation of being a premiere picnic location. Bring the family for an afternoon in the park or reserve one of 19 picnic sites for your company barbecue, family reunion or group function. Four of the picnic sites have shelters available. Book your site early to avoid disappointment.

• 17 picnic sites
• 7 kiliometers of hiking trails, one which circles the conservation area
• two bocce courts
• a soccer field
