Contest Rules & Regulations

HOW TO ENTER:
No Purchase Necessary. Open to Ontario residents of 18 years of age and older only. Submissions will only be accepted by email. You must be a Toronto4Kids e-news Subscriber to participate in Contests. By entering Contests, you agree to be added to our Subscriber List. Unsubscribing from the Toronto4Kids e-news will result in non-participation in Toronto4Kids Contests. Toronto4Kids respects your privacy. Email lists are never shared or sold.

CONTEST PERIOD:
The contest period is stipulated on each individual contest page. Entries submitted after the contest date will not be accepted. Toronto4Kids reserves the right to change a contest period if circumstances warrant it.

PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Contest Period. Only 1 submission per person per day will be accepted.

WINNING:
Names will be drawn electronically at the end of the contest period from entries submitted. Winners will be notified by email (unless otherwise specified) and arrangements will be made to award the prize in a timely manner. The winner must correctly answer a mathematical, skill-testing question, administered at time of redemption, without any assistance (mechanical or otherwise). This will be forwarded by email.

GENERAL RULES:

1. The Contest is open to all Ontario residents except to employees of Toronto4Kids, their respective affiliates, agents, suppliers, and distributors.

2. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitutions of cash or otherwise or transfer of the prize will be made.

3. None of the Contest Sponsors, their respective affiliates, agents, suppliers, distributors and employees shall be responsible in any way for, or assume any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the use of the prizes awarded in this Contest.

4. Each participant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question administered by email without assistance or the use of a calculator or otherwise in order to win any prize. Where a participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must enter contest on his/her behalf.

5. By redeeming the prize, each participant consents to the use of his/her name by the Contest Sponsors or Toronto4Kids for any and all publicity purposes, commercial or otherwise, related to this Contest in all media without further compensation. Where a participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must execute a confirmatory consent.

6. By accepting & redeeming the prize, participants agree to release the Contest Sponsors, Toronto4Kids and their respective affiliates, agents, suppliers, distributors and employees including advertising, public relations and promotions agencies, from any and all liability, including loss or damage due in whole or in part by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion. Acceptance of his/her prize by any winner shall be as is, where is, without any warranty whatsoever from the Contest Sponsors, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose or any warranty that the prize is without defects or hidden vices, and such acceptance shall constitute an agreement by the winner to look solely to the manufacturer and the warranty provided by it, if any, should any defects in the prize exist.

7. Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations.

8. By redeeming the prize, each participant acknowledges having read these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and all decisions of Toronto4Kids the Contest Sponsors which shall be final.

9. Winner(s) must respond no later than the length of time outlined in the WINNER NOTIFICATION EMAIL. Otherwise, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
