Curious George Plush Dolls
This recall involves Curious George 12-inch plush dolls with a plastic face. The dolls are dressed to represent five various themes: birthday, fireman, sweet dreams, tool time and tool time with a soft face. The plush dolls were sold with a Curious George storybook or activity book.
Hazard identified: Surface paint on the toy's plastic face and construction hat contain excessive levels of lead.

Dizzy Ducks Music Box
The Dizzy Ducks Music Box is a wind-up music box with ducks that spin as music plays.
Hazard identified: Surface paints on the wooden base of the music box contain excessive levels of lead.

Winnie-the-Pooh Spinning Top
The recalled spinning top is primarily metal and has wooden handles. The top is printed with Winnie-the-Pooh characters. Tops with plastic handles are not included in this recall.

BumboTM "Baby Sitter" Seats
The bottom of the children's seat is round and flat with a diameter of about 15 inches. It is constructed of a single piece of molded foam and comes in yellow, blue, purple, pink, aqua, and lime green. The seat has leg holes and seat back that wraps completely around the child. On the front of the seat in raised lettering is the word "Bumbo" with the image of an elephant on top. The bottom of the seat has the following words: "Manufactured by Bumbo South Africa Material: Polyurethane World Patent No. PCT: ZA/1999/00030."
Hazard identified: If the seat is placed on a table, countertop, chair, or other elevated surface, young children can arch their backs, flip out of the Bumbo seat, and fall onto the floor, posing a risk of serious head injuries.

Fisher-Price® Laugh & LearnTM Learning Kitchen ToysTM
A sound-making, battery-operated toy kitchen with play fridge, stove, toaster, clock and sink. The toy is age classified for children from 6 months to 3 years. Product numbers L5067 English and L7137 French.
Hazard identified: Small pieces can detach from the clock hands and from the faucet. These pieces pose a choking hazard to young children. In Canada, Mattel has received three reports of small pieces separating from the product. Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injury related to the use of the toy.

Hazard identified: Surface paints on the recalled products contain lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. There have been no reported injuries.
