Recall involves two styles of The First Years 3-in-1 Flush & Sounds Potty training seats. The potties have a 5-inch rectangular decorative plaque inserted into the backs of the training seats. The surface paint on the Winne the Pooh plaque on the potty trainer contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
The First Years® Newborn-to-Toddler Reclining Feeding Seat: Portable seat for newborns, infants, and toddlers. The feeding seat can be adjusted between reclining and upright positions and fastens to a kitchen chair. The seat includes a tray, reversible cushion and a three-point safety belt.
