Fabulous for any baby shower gift! You can enclose a homemade cd of your favorite lullabies in this adorable cd sleeve. Complete instructions and how to's, just embellish as desired and add any of your personnal touches!

Instructions:
• cut a piece of cardstock to 11 x 6.
• cut a notch out of one short end.
• line other end with piece of patterned paper cut to 5 1/2 x 5.
• score and fold at 5 1/2 with patterned paper showing through notch.
• score and fold over edges.
• embellish as desired.
