Creation by Design Bible Cards

Creation By Design’s goal is to help children and pre-teens connect with the stories of the Bible and to assist parents and teachers impart that story in a manner that is both educational and entertaining for them.  Creation By Design brings together the “greatest story ever told” with breathtaking original artwork and a fresh narrative voice. Creation By Design uses fantastic 3D computer-generated artwork to grab the attention of children, and to rekindle their interest in the wonderful adventures of the Bible.

The Artwork – The front of each card has extremely colorful and captivating artwork that has been created in 3D computer graphics, which is the same genre of art that is modern, and that kids are used to seeing in video games, internet and certain animated films. This is the type of art that grabs their attention and makes them want to explore further.

The Narrative – The back of each card contains information in ways that are of interest to kids without being overwhelming.  The Narrative section tells the snippet of story associated with that card in modern, everyday language that is easy to understand.  The narratives do not sermonize moral-imperatives but tell the story. We do not use chapter and verse to quote the complex language of the Bible itself.

Fun Facts – Next to each narrative is a section of trivia facts that differs from card to card, but items that would be interesting for kids to learn, and somehow related to the information of that card. Fun Facts include information on Art, Literature, History, Science, Culture and Animals.

Timeline – The last section of the back of the cards describes a timeline placing the events of that card in history in relation to the other cards and World History itself, taking the stories of the Bible out of the realm of myth for them, and into Fact and History.

The cards are sold 5 cards per packet in foil seal (with its own SKU code), and 24 packets per Box (also with its own SKU code). Packets retail for $3.99 each, and are available for purchase on our website and in 115 Christian retail stores around the US.
