Calling all kids for some animal love!

Pawsitively Pets is a one-of-a-kind hands-on animal program offering children and adults unique animal learning experiences. They have multiple locations throughout Toronto and the GTA as well as Ottawa. Programs are offered at their location or yours. At Pawsitively Pets, children are encouraged to explore their love of pets and animals. Working with animals is not only a great learning experience for children, it allows them to build confidence, self-esteem, and respect for living creatures.

Classes
This a one-of-a-kind weekend program to give your child the rare opportunity to spend time with live animals and to develop the important skills of observation, classification, and communication. Kids participate (all hands-on) in age appropriate science based, educational learning experiences that are all about animals. Programs are available for children 2 to 12 years old in a variety of different formats with many types of animals. This experience will instill in your child the importance of care, respect, and responsibility for all living creatures.

Part-Time Pet
This program is great if you've been thinking about getting a pet but have not been able to make the comitment. Pawsitively Pets lets their animals become your animals! The animals that live at the centre can becoming your child's pet and they can visit them during visiting hours, take care of them, clean their cage, feed them and spend tons of hands-on time with them! Children 6 years and up may be dropped off at Part-Time Pet and supervised by staff. All children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult during their visits.

Dog Training
In need of some help in the doggie training department? Pawsitively Pets also provides dog training classes for adults and kids on the weekends.

Camps
When school's out, Pawsitively Pets runs Summer, Christmas Break, March Break, and PA Day camps for kids 3 and up. They pride themselves on providing a one-of-a-kind camp experience that is safe, engaging, and welcoming to all campers. Programs are age appropriate, educational, challenging, and most importantly fun!

Host a party at their location, with 3 packages to choose from: a Standard Animal Party with some great pocket pets and reptiles; a Zoo Party where you can take a walk on the wild side with some exotic animals; and a Dog Training Party, the perfect party for dog lovers.
