Free Comic Book Day 2017




Free Comic Book Day takes place on the first Saturday of May. This an annual promotional effort by the North American comic book industry was launched to help bring new readers into independent comic book stores. This year, Free Comic Book Day is celebrating its 16th anniversary on May 6th, 2017.

It’s so important to inspire a love of reading in kids, and studies show that comics help kids learn to read and gets them excited about reading too! Head to your local comic shop to get the best recommendations on kid’s titles. There truly is a comic book for everyone, especially young readers.
