Peach Picking in Ontario




August is the perfect time to head to the farm and fill up a bucket with luscious peaches. In fact, August is National Peach Month. What better way to stock your pantry, make jams, or assemble a tasty cobbler or pie? Peaches are a good source of vitamins A, B, and C. A medium peach contains only 37 calories.
