Funnel Cake Chicken Sandwich
Definitely a twist on a traditional fair favourite! A deep-fried battered chicken breast smothered in whipped cream and strawberry sauce between two traditional funnel cakes. Complete with a cherry on top and dusted with icing sugar. Find it at Deep Fried Chicken Sandwiches in the Food Building.
Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
Originating from Japan, handcrafted pancakes are traditionally served for special occasions. Each pancake is delicately balanced between a soufflé and traditional pancake. Find it at Fuwa Fuwa in the Food Building.
Hand-tossed pizza topped with a homemade, specialty dill sauce, fresh mozzarella, thick, crunchy dill pickles and finished with a dill weed seasoning. Find it at R&J Concessions, at the Midway.

Frozen Cookie Dough Spaghetti: made from a Cookie Dough based Ice cream formed into the shape of spaghetti noodles, topped with choice of Strawberry, Chocolate, or Caramel Sauce to represent traditional sauce and sprinkled with icing sugar to represent parmesan cheese.
