Trinity Bellwoods Park

This past weekend we visited Trinity Bellwoods Park. The park happens to be one of our go-to-spots because it has a great playground, a splash pad to beat the heat, lots of grassy and shaded areas to have a picnic, and is adjacent to a community centre (with a fantastic toddler pool).

Here are a few snapshots from our Sunday morning visit:

A Few Notes

The park is busy with toddlers on most mornings, making it a great spot to make new friends (for kids and parents).

The playground sits atop sand, so bring along digging tools.

The Queen West streetcar drops you right in front of Trinity Bellwoods Park. If you prefer to drive, there is free parking on most of the north/south running streets in the neighbourhood.

The park is within walking distance to all of the unique Queen West shops (I will save that list for another post).

Have you been to Trinity Bellwoods? If so, what did you think?
