LEGOLAND Discovery Centre

Lego-loving kids have reason to celebrate this Spring - Legoland Discovery Centre opened in Toronto at Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre, just north of the city.

Filled with a collection of Lego-themed attractions, including a 4D cinema, race tracks, earthquake tables, a Fire Academy obstacle course, and Duplo Village, children (and even adults) will enjoy exploring Legoland.

Tips

Legoland is very busy on the weekends. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was ideal - quick entry and plenty of opportunity to explore the activities.

Admission includes the cost of all the activities inside Legoland (excluding food purchase at the Cafe). Most families spend about 2-3 hours inside.

There is a cafe with snacks and drinks, and a seating area. Note that outside food and drink is not allowed inside, unless you need to accommodate a special diet (for example, food allergies).

Two of our favourite activities were the 4D Cinema, which played two short films (expect a few surprises while watching), and the Lego Racers build and test track.

Be prepared to end your visit inside the Legoland Discovery Centre Shop. There are plenty of Lego building sets and toys, and a wall filled with an assortment of colourful Lego bricks.

Legoland Discovery Centre is located at 1 Bass Pro Mills Drive in Vaughan, at Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre. Contact them at 1-855-356-2150 or visit their website: www.legolanddiscoverycentre.ca.
