These days, you can find a Santa ho-ho-ho-ing it up at most holiday happenings in the city. We've rounded up the best spots to pose with the big red guy. From malls, breakfasts and other fun places to be, here's our list of where you can take your kids to meet the jolly old elf.

Santa Train Rides

We have received news from the North Pole that Santa will be riding our trains departing from the Uxbridge station only on Saturdays and Sundays beginning on November 16th. Each trip lasts approximately 1 hour and has on-board entertainment for children of all ages (including the adults!). Santa will be visiting each child at their seat and distributing goodies to each.

Eglinton Square Celebrates Santa's Arrival

Join us Friday, November 21, 2014 for Santa Claus' arrival at Eglinton Square Shopping Centre. To celebrate his arrival, Eglinton Square is hosting a Holiday Carnival, complete with face painters, balloon artists, temporary tattoo artists, a magic show, and of course, Santa Clause himself. The celebration starts at 4:00 pm with a magic show in the Eglinton Square branch of the Toronto Public Library and Santa Claus will parade through the mall at 6:30 pm. Come out and enjoy the festivities. Free for the whole family.

Then they can climb on to Santa’s lap, whisper in his ear while mom or dad snap a photo. Free.

Reserve your spot for Skype with Santa below. Skype sessions are available for three consecutive Wednesdays in December from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm (see schedule below). Each session is approximately 10 minutes. Fill in your contact information and a little information about your child(ren) to help Santa know them better, then choose a date and time for the call.
