Rooks to Cooks is a unique cooking school that offers a wide variety of cooking programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels. The company began with in-home private lessons and has now expanded to include cooking camps, birthday parties, and after school programs. The programs and services always emphasize themes of healthy eating and teach students how to live a fulfilling healthy life. No matter your age or skill level, Rooks to Cooks has a class for you.

Summer Camp

Hungry for fun? Check out the Summer Cooking Day Camps for kids ages 6 and up, offered at 12 GTA locations. These are definitely the most unique and intensive cooking programs out there. With a variety of weekly themes and activities, children are sure to cook up some fun in the kitchen.

The classes are always hands-on, educational, team-based and fun! Campers will make up to 5 recipes per day (depending on their age group). Children participating in the Rooks to Cooks’ cooking programs will learn a wide range of cooking skills, methods, and techniques from professional chefs that they will use for years to come. There are 9 summer sessions to choose from running July through to September. Be sure to register soon to secure your spot, only 20 students per camp (1:5 staff to camper ratio).

We are also extremely safety conscious and allergy aware, so please be sure to let us know if your child has any allergies.

Beach: Beach United Church, 140 Wineva Ave., Toronto

East York – Danforth: Eastminster United Church, 310 Danforth Ave. Toronto

Etobicoke: Bloordale United Church, Bloor St. W., Etobicoke

High Park North: Runnymede Presbyterian Church, 680 Annette St., Toronto

Markham: Bethesda Lutheran Church, 20 Union Street, Unionville

North York: Lansing United Church, 49 Bogert Ave., Toronto
Scarborough: Coming soon

Thornhill: Ukrainian Catholic Church of Saint Volodymyr, 15 Church Lane, Thornhill
