Our program is designed to strengthen mind, body and spirit – Our activities are non-contact. Our program is designed for all students of all abilities! We welcome all skill levels, all fitness levels, male and female.

We offer different classes/programs throughout the year. Both in-school classes/support and our outside school activities. Lunch time, nutritional breaks, gym classes and customized classes upon request. Below is a brief outline of what we offer and some benefits/details.

Martial Arts
Our programs take us through the basic, beginner belt levels. It's a fun way for boys and girls to achieve fitness and focus. Our Programs take students through the basic, beginner belt levels. Kids are taught and learn to respect, self, others and property.

Mindfulness Yoga
Kids learn that stress can be managed with proper breathing, healthy movement, awareness and meditation. We teach how to improve their focus and reduce anxiety.
Our programs helps to improve confidence and promotes a positive self-image.

Athletic Training
Sports specific training and conditioning. Improving skill development for various sports. Learning how to better control energy. Programs are designed to keep children active and engaged using a balance of fun activities, martial arts, yoga, physical activities, athletic training, fun games, arts and craft, athletic training, fun games, arts and craft, activities, theme days, Sumo wrestling as well as an understanding of the importance of healthy nutrition and hydration for sport.

Team / Other Sports
Our instructors will introduce your children to other sports. Helps develops their social skills and encourages teamwork. Success in different sporting activities builds confidence, trust and allows children to feel valued and wanted. Team sports activities provides an opportunity to learn accountability, dedication and leadership. Sporting activities are a great way to develop good strong social skills.

Research shows that good nutrition and healthy lifestyle reduces childhood obesity and disease. It also enhances brain development and creates habits that last a lifetime.

• full and half day March Break camps
• holiday camps
• full day PA day camps

Programs are designed to keep children physically active and mentally engaged using a balance of fun activities, martial arts, yoga, physical activities, athletic training, fun games, arts and craft activities, moon bouncing, sumo wrestling, other theme events and nutritional discussions.

After School Programs

High energy filled programs are tailored for each group of children to ensure they are engaged and receive maximum benefits. High energy fun fill exercises and obstacles for kids. Our programs are inspired to increase over all health and fitness level of the children in a fun safe motivating environment. Balance with a variety of activities including yoga, martial arts, crafts, sports conditioning, crafts, movie days and theme events.
