Welcome to Krudar Muay Thai Kids!

Muay Thai is a transformative sport for children ages 4-12 that teaches strength, confidence, and focus through the tradition and art of Muay Thai boxing. Children develop character and self-esteem by learning discipline, confidence, team work, leadership, and athletic ambition. Our program helps kids establish lifelong healthy habits, positive outlook, friendships, and a champion state of mind.

Classes run 5 days a week Monday through Saturday and are divided into two groups – Lil’ Champs (4-6 years old) and Champions (6-12 years old). Classes are 45 minutes long including a fun combination of exercise, Muay Thai, and little life lessons taught by experienced and passionate teachers. There are 5 levels in our child-focused curriculum, aimed to develop youth in all areas of their lives – in the studio, at home, and in school.

“Krudar is the best place to be for kids and parents. Welcoming environment, friendly, and dedicated” – Parent

Birthday Parties

Host the best party ever! Our matted facility is perfect for kids to run, jump, and play while celebrating the big day. Rental space available to host your own party, or contact us for a Muay Thai themed party full of champion training. Fun activities for everyone and great party packages available!

March Break and Summer Camps

We've designed a Kids Camp that will spark creativity, and get those little muscles moving. Active kids are happy kids and each day kids will participate in Muay Thai classes while learning skills of strength, confidence, and focus. They will feel like little champions hitting the pads with our kid-loving camp leaders while improving their motor skills, and learning about their own strengths and abilities.

Kamp members will enjoy indoor and outdoor activities while they work together to plan and shop for a healthy meal, challenge each-other to build the strongest lego bridge, or walk through the market to learn about cultures and community. At the end of the week all Kamp members will be invited to a special field trip alongside their new friends. Camp schedules are available online.
