Meet costumed educators ready to involve you with the trades and crafts of 1860s’ Ontario. Play Class of ’67, a “choose-your-own-ending” adventure game that will keep you busy as you tour the site, exploring choices available to young people on the eve of Confederation and examining the roots of our society from many points of view.

Winter, spring, summer, and fall each brings a roster of exciting events to The Village. Whether you are solving the March Beak mystery, bobbing for apples at Fall Fair, or enjoying an old-fashioned Christmas, events at Black Creek Pioneer Village are sure to spark curiosity and inspire excitement.

Black Creek Pioneer Village Day Camp

Imaginations come to life at Black Creek Pioneer Village Day Camp! Campers, aged 5-12, are welcomed into a lively 19th-century village to play, build, bake, and learn! Each week brings an exciting new theme that engages curiosity and encourages exploration.

Led by experienced and knowledgeable adult counsellors, campers enjoy age-appropriate activities. Whether exploring the village or spending time together in their own private two-storey log cabin, campers are sure to have a blast in the past!
