Canada's premier urban wilderness park.

Hiking, camping, a sandy beach and spectacular views are here for you to enjoy in and near Toronto, Canada's largest city.

Rouge Park is open 365 days a year with unlimited access to 16 km of rustic hiking trails, plus riverside camping, and a sandy beach during the summer months.

During the Winter, you can learn more about the park by signing up of one of the weekly Rouge Park Guided Nature Walks. Trained leaders guide the way for you to discover the park. Hikes take place at various parts of the park. Many of the park’s locations offer scenic or picturesque settings for photography. Look for birds at Woodlands Area. Snowy scenery makes for pretty photographs. Ice glistens in the afternoon sun of late Winter days.

Admission is free but permits are required for any group activity with 25 people or more. Not all areas are open for public access and there is no visitor centre in the park.

Group picnic and other user fees, such as special programs or parking, apply.
