Candy Cane Hearts

The Holidays have just wrapped up and we’re pretty sure you have lots of leftover candy canes! Why not turn them into a super sweet treat for Valentine's Day? It's very easy!

Place canes on a cookie sheet and bake them in a 250 degree F preheated oven until the end parts of the candy cane just start to melt (about 6 to 7 minutes).

Immediately after you take them out of the oven, connect the canes together gently by hand, in order to form a heart. (Don't worry, they are not that hot!)

Let them firm up and you’ll have candy cane hearts. They are yummy and just plain pretty!

If you don’t have any left over, stock up at Christmas for next year, knowing that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.
