Toronto Fringe KidsFest




Inject a little summer culture into your kids with some promising family shows opening this season at Toronto Fringe KidsFest! 

The Toronto Fringe KidsFest runs from July 5 to 16, 2017 at the George Ignatieff Theatre, in Toronto. There are options for all age groups as this dedicated kids theatre component of the wider Toronto Fringe Festival which will offer 8 different shows for kids aged 2 to 12. The festival is ideal for young thespians or first-time theatergoers, and their families. Tickets are only $5 for kids and $12 for adults. Advanced tickets can be purchased online, over the phone at 416-966-1062, or at the KidsFest venue (George Ignatieff Theatre, 15 Devonshire Place) starting one hour before each show.

Also, don't miss the KidsFest Club! Situated on the grassy grounds beside the theatre, the KidsFest Club features outdoor programming for the entire family. Daily play stations include arts and crafts, costumes and puppets, Lego and sensory play, along with a few other surprises. Highlights include a bouncy castle on the final weekend. Plus, kids can send a note of KINDness at the IND Healthy Snacks card-making station, while Empress Cherry Sunday is a back again for face painting and balloon animals. Pop by the MakerKids tent and tinker your heart out. Plunk out a tune on a Fruit Piano, colour your own Minecraft character and more! All activities are Free.
