The Redpath Waterfront Festival
June 29, 2019 to July 1, 2019
Oh buoy! The Redpath Waterfront Festival returns to Toronto's waterfront on Canada Day weekend from June 29 to July 1, with shiploads of nautical fun for the whole crew. Every three years, the Redpath Waterfront Festival welcomes a fleet of majestic tall ships to Toronto’s waterfront. These ships will be docked from Bathurst to Bay and will be open for deck tours. Have a mari-time on land with sailing-training activities, live entertainment and a Maritime Market. And celebrate Home Port Heroes from WWII with old photos, artifacts and nautical games from Parks Canada and the Navy. Free & ticketed events. More

It’s Your Festival
June 29, 2019 to July 1, 2019
“It’s Your Festival” is the oldest and biggest Canada Day Festival in Canada and one of the Top 100 Festivals in Ontario. It’s Your Festival is organized by Hamilton Folk Arts Heritage Council and 4,000 dedicated volunteers. Free. More

New this year – the celebration will be an evening event starting at 6 p.m., with the fireworks show starting at 10 p.m. (weather permitting). Bring a blanket or lawn chair and get to the park early to ensure a great seat for the fireworks over the water.
