Maple Syrup Festivals

In March, Ontario Maple Trees are packed with the sugary sap needed to make maple syrup. Learn about the process and get a tasty treat! What’s better than a huge stack of pancakes drizzled in delicious maple syrup? Ontario is known for cranking out this yummy stuff, especially in the early spring months, when maple trees practically ooze the sap needed to make it.

There are many maple sugaring events for the entire family to enjoy. Whether you want to watch a tree being tapped, learn the process of making sap to syrup, learn fun facts about maples, or just enjoy some home-grown maple treats, there’s an event for you.
