Toronto School of Art Summer Youth Programs
If your child has a passion for the arts, Toronto School of Art (TSA) provides an incredible Summer visual arts program that gives tweens and teens the opportunity to learn from professional artist instructors and access to art facilities where they can learn drawing, painting, sculpture, and much more. At a Summer art camp or intensive at TSA, your child will have had the opportunity to explore various media and techniques to strengthen skills and foster their creative voice in a fun and supportive environment.
Young artists (ages 11-17) are guided through age-appropriate studio explorations plus field trips to art galleries for inspiration. TSA also provides portfolio preparation and development courses for students working to gain admission into a high school or post-secondary visual arts program.
Over the past 40 years, Toronto School of Art has established itself as one of the most distinguished alternative arts schools in the city. TSA believes the arts should be accessible to all levels of experience and takes an organic approach to the arts which translates into a hands-on education model that focuses on studio-based learning.
