Pumpkins on Parade 2019

Each year, after the sun goes down on November 1, local parks invite the public to bring their decorated pumpkins, and celebrate the end of Halloween! Some host contests, special activities for the kids, and pumpkins are all recycled! Show off your Jack-O-Lantern one last time and take it to a Pumpkins on Parade event. All events are free!

These pumpkin parades are being hosted in parks in and around the city...

Pumpkin Parade Ajax
Bring your jack-o-lantern to Roland Michener Park for a Pumpkin Parade! At dusk, pumpkins will be lit and at the end of the event, leave your pumpkins for composting. Join the fun! View all the pumpkins on parade, meet & socialize with neighbours and enjoy free hot chocolate & popcorn. There will be scary stories for kids and the night will be "a glow". More

Mimico Pumpkin Parade
November 1, 2019
It's Pumpkin Parade time! On Friday November 1st, bring your jack-o-lanterns to help light up Mimico Square. This is a family friendly event for all ages. More

Old Town Toronto Halloween Pumpkin Parade
November 1, 2019
Halloween might be over but the fun continues in Old Town Toronto! Join us for a Pumpkin Parade in Berczy Park. Bring your carved pumpkin to display in the park for all to see. The evening will include music and interactive fun for kids with Claire & the Creepy Jams. Enjoy free hot chocolate and apple cider (while supplies last). More

Park Your Pumpkin at Bradley Museum
November 1, 2019
Bring your pumpkin for a last hurrah! Wander the pumpkin lit paths while enjoying music, cider, cookies, family activities and a candle lit tour of the Bradley Museum. Drop off your pumpkin before or bring it with you and stay for the festivities. More

Trinity Bellwoods Pumpkin Parade
November 1, 2019
Bring your carved jack-o-lantern to the annual Trinity Bellwoods Park Pumpkin Parade. On November 1 of each year, Toronto’s pumpkins shine brightly for one last night in parks across the city. Bring the kids, friends, and pets for the annual event! This year, Shadowland Theatre who will bring their magic in animating parks with fire and storytelling. The Lucky Penny will be onsite to offer free hot cider until the supply runs out. More

Pumpkin Parade Newmarket

Sorauren Park Pumpkin Parade

Every November 1, the day after Halloween, the world-famous Pumpkin Parade takes place at Sorauren Park. With more than 1,500 pumpkins on display in recent years, the Parade is a neighbourhood and even regional highlight of the season. From witches and cats, to politicians and world events, the artful jack-o-lanterns represent the spirit of Halloween and also the spirit of the times. More

Pumpkin Party at Gibson House

Pumpkins will be lit up and displayed outside throughout the evening so community members can see their neighbour’s Jack-o-Lanterns shine once more and celebrate the end of Halloween together.
