Sportplay Multi-Sport Programs

Developing Healthy Active Lifestyles In Kids

Developing healthy active lifestyles in children is a goal of many parents although it can be a challenge in today’s world with its many distractions. Many children never acquire the physical literacy to enter into sport and recreational activities so an accessible physical education program is essential to getting kids moving again.

Run, Jump, Throw, Catch and Strike

Sportplay is a multi-sport program for children 1 1/2 to 12 years old. The goal is to teach and develop a variety of Gross Motor and Athletic Skills in a fun, positive, non-competitive program. Sportplay programs are creative, active and play-based so every child has an equal opportunity to learn and have fun.

Programs offered

Sportplay offers weekly Classes, Camps, KICK Soccer, Birthday Parties and Daycare/School programs. Drop-off and Parent and Tot programs are also offered.

Why Multi-sport?

Multi-sport means children learn the skills and concepts of a variety of sports. At Sportplay kids will learn the skills of Basketball, Baseball, Football, Ball Hockey, Soccer, Tennis, Track and Field and Volleyball. This allows kids to develop a variety of gross motor and athletic skills, maximize mind and body development, build self-confidence and raise their self-esteem through a curriculum-based physical education model.

Weekly programs are offered at the following locations in the Greater Toronto Area: The Beach, Bedford Park, Bloor West, Danforth, Deer Park, Etobicoke, Forest Hill, High Park, Hillcrest, Lawrence Park, Leaside, Lytton Park, Markham and Waterloo.
