Changing Seasons at Toronto Zoo  
October 4, 2019 to October 6, 2019
This program allows children to learn how the animals prepare for winter. Adults will take part in this interactive learning experience, helping their child make discoveries about the animal world through a variety of themed educational play stations. Following the fun, take a stroll with your family to find the first signs of autumn. More


Storytime at the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory
November 5, 2019 to April 30, 2020
Toddlers will be able to explore the conservatory's very favourite bug and butterfly books during Storytime. This 20-30 minute program also has a “creature feature” where you will have a close-up encounter with one of their live, tropical insects! Explore a wide variety of daily themes. More


Sea Squirts at Ripley's Aquarium
October 17, 2019 to November 24, 2019
Parents and tots can attend Thursday mornings for a marine-themed art activity, circle time and story in the Discovery Centre. Each week features an Aquarium animal as the theme and programs include story time, activities, art projects, and a visit to the theme animals’ exhibit. More

October 15, 2019 to June 6, 2020
This eight-week sensory adventure allows you to tour galleries with early learning instructors, and join them in creative play-based activities, and social interaction in a classroom setting. Oaks & Acorns: Nature Play at RBG
October 1, 2019 to November 9, 2019
Move, create, and discover during these morning early-years programs for children and caregivers. Held behind the Nature Centre in a newly-designed outdoor nature play space, this nature-based program for 2-5 year-olds is designed to inspire a life-long love of nature and the outdoors through nature walks, storytelling, imaginative and loose parts play, and hands-on discovery in the Arboretum Play Space.
