The Zoo is getting a BOOmobile for Halloween

A slightly scary but legendary, fun for all ages adventure.

There's a new attraction coming to the Toronto Zoo this Halloween! Don't miss the new BOOmobile, a slightly scary but legendary, fun for all ages adventure where kids can learn spooky facts about animals and the “ghosts” that haunt the Toronto Zoo.

On this ride, zoo goers will learn about how the animal kingdom has contributed to Halloween traditions in a special commentary from the resident “Zoo Kreeper”. The family friendly adventure lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes the BOOmobile tour, a ride on the Conservation Carousel for each child, and a meet-and-greet with the zoo's resident scare-bear extraordinaire, Explorer Bear.

The price to ride the BOOmobile is $9.00 for Non-Members and $7.00 for Members. Children 2 and under are free. This does not include admission price to the zoo or parking. Find out more at and to book online

This Halloween, the zoo is hosting two events. Boo at the Zoo, is a kid-friendly day event where children in costume (ages 12 and under) will get FREE admission when accompanied by an adult paying regular admission. The offer is valid for up to two children per regular priced adult. More info

Then, Bump in the Night is an exciting evening of discovery for families after the sun goes down. Learn more about the unique characteristics of nocturnal creatures and how they manage to live in the dark. Take a moonlight hike to see what we can find and get a chance to "communicate" with the resident Arctic wolves. It's a night that will leave you howling with excitement! More info

Boo at the Zoo takes place on weekends of October 19-20 and 26-27 and Bump in the Night runs October 19 and 26. More info is available at
