More About Spadina Museum Historic House & Gardens
Take in the beauty of one of Toronto's finest mansions and tour its restored Edwardian gardens. For over a century, Spadina was home to three generations of the Austin family. Opened in 1984, it is one of 10 historic museums operated by the City of Toronto. Spadina Museum has been restored to accurately reflect how the Austin family lived during the inter-war period. This transformative age dramatically changed Toronto.
Visitors can view the authentic artifacts, furnishings and changing exhibits or explore the estate's 1905 era garden. Spadina Museum: Historic House & Gardens is one of 10 historic museums operated by Toronto Culture. Toronto's Historic Museums engage visitors, inspire passion, challenge ideas and connect the past to the present.
Spadina Museum offers monthly special events, seasonal camps for kids and birthday parties.
