Live Virtual Learning With The Toronto Zoo

Educators and students can join the Toronto Zoo for 3 different Free virtual learning sessions on January 7, 2021.

The Zoo wants to help keep students connected in science and help share information about wildlife conservation.

On Thursday, January 7, 2021, the Toronto Zoo’s team of Zoo Educators will deliver FREE curriculum-related virtual programs on the Zoo's YouTube Live channel.

Topics covered will include animal life cycles, habitats and biodiversity,  and conservation science and careers.

SCHEDULE & PROGRAM

  • 10AM – Primary (Grades K-3) – life cycles and other curriculum-related content
  • 11AM – Junior – habitats, biodiversity, and other curriculum-related content
  • 12PM – Intermediate/Senior – conservation science, zoo careers, and other curriculum-related content

Programs will be 30 to 40 minutes in length and a free resource worksheet will be available to download prior to the virtual program. Get more info and download your worksheet on torontozoo.com.
